RUFUS ROCKHEAD FAMILY DAY

Celebrate the legacy of Rufus Rockhead at the
Rufus Rockhead Family Day Music Festival on Saturday,
August 15, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Daisy
Peterson Sweeney Park in Little Burgundy.

This free, family-friendly event brings the
community together to honour one of Montreal’s
most influential Black pioneers and the rich
cultural history of Little Burgundy.

Enjoy an exciting day of live music, inspiring guest
speakers, cultural performances, family
activities, local vendors, and community
engagement.

All ages are welcome to join us as we celebrate
Rufus Rockhead’s lasting legacy and the vibrant
spirit of the neighbourhood he helped shape!
